PRSM Class Handbook, Workplan Development Handbook, Risk Summary Table and 

Challenge 

There was no dedicated handbook for the Workplan Development Class. To fill this gap, a new handbook was assembled by drawing exercises from the existing PRSM class handbook. Additional materials were also sourced and incorporated to complete the new handbook. 

Solution 

The guide provides a detailed roadmap for executing tasks from beginning to end. It's designed to streamline project management processes for all employees, regardless of experience level. By following this guide, staff can approach project tasks with clarity and precision. Ultimately, it ensures that both seasoned professionals and newcomers can manage projects with optimal effectiveness. Result  

• Comprehensive List of Exercises: The handbook contains a diverse set of approximately 30 exercises.

• Project Management Assistance: It assists Project Managers in efficiently managing and updating project schedules and budgets.
