The Caltrans 2024 Innovation Expo is a biennial, two-day virtual event that showcases the creativity of Caltrans employees and innovative projects across the department. Aligned with Caltrans’ five priorities—Safety, Modality, Innovation, Efficiency, and Partnerships—the 2024 Innovation Expo took place on November 4-5.  This year marked the third Innovation Expo, with previous events held in 2022 and 2020.

The two-day event featured six live presentations on innovations, four live research presentations, and messages from key Caltrans leaders.
